ABND was signed on to rebrand Bharat Infrastructure, a real estate and infrastructure company in existence since 1977. We established experience, excellence, and evolution as the brand's guiding principles, which reflected throughout all their communication materials. We also created a distinct project naming system for all their existing and future real estate projects.
Allora City was a project brand ABND created for Om Landmark Group. This planned project was not a basic residential project, but rather a township or a lifestyle in itself. The project aimed to target the lower middle-class families, or first-time home buyers who wanted to be associated with something big, and not be defined by their income group. ABND worked on the strategy, naming, identity, communication and experience branding for Allora City.
From its very beginning, ABND and Art Village formed a partnership. The main challenge was to define the brand's positioning in light of its multifaceted nature as a resort, art gallery, retreat, and art residence. Our involvement went beyond branding, as we assisted them in shaping their business model and effectively setting business objectives.
